Machine appliqued block which I designed for the class I am teaching. Each month a new appliqued block. We did traditional pieced blocks last year.

This is an attempt to collect and post photos of any quilt which I have made over the last 30 years...just so I can have the joy of seeing them all come together! I owned a quilt shop for 11 years and made LOTS of quilts...some sold, some given to friends and family some donated to charity raffles, silent auctions etc...

I love the daffodil - it is one of my favorite flowers. My dad used to order 10 dozen daffodils for my birthday when I was growing up - and that was no easy trick because we lived in Alaska and he had to have them flown in.
What a great dad! No wonder you love the daffodil!
